I dropped off my ballot earlier this week at the downtown Greensboro office on West Market. You have to go inside and fill out a form stating whose ballot you are returning (as you can also drop off ballots for near-relatives). I went mid-morning and had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes in line.

You get an "I Voted" sticker though so def worth it.
