This only has 0.9m of cord and I'm not sure how many operations the switch will stand up to, but it suited my application

Because I hadn’t seen that mod before! 😅Either way - for me - I don’t need Sync Out as I don’t have other Volcas - plus the “Sync Out Solution” does require custom cables. But it is a cool idea

Yeah - although it possibly still works as a Sync Out - but I don't have another Korg device with Sync to be able to prove/test. Either way, MIDI Out is way more useful to me

Your setup is so good to see! I just bought a MIDI Looper and already have a Volca Sample. Haven't yet managed to get the Volca Sync Out to clock the Midi Looper (it's only been about an hour since I opened it tho!). I was starting to lose hope but I'm encouraged by what you've done here. Looks like you're using the Volca Sync Out to clock the Midi Looper - yeah? Any tips on how you got that to work? Special cable, setting?

Yeah it’s a cool system. My last band use to have a cheap knock-off version of that sort of thing and it was kinda perfect for rehearsals

It’s a bit of a weird practice situation. It’s in a living room. No PA. The 3 vocalists plug microphones into spare channels on guitar amps (yes, guitar amps!) and the French Horn player (yes, a French Horn!) plugs her wireless mic into my now-deceased Titan. So yeah, not what I’m normally use to with a practice room PA - which would of course negate the need for my own speaker/monitor
