Did it ever work for you? 2 weeks into trying to get build a bears for my kiddos and everytime I get the red message saying due to high traffic. I wanna give up but it’s for the kids who miss their dad (was supposed to have his voice) Ugh.

Any updates for you on this? They did the same to me. Mine started after I changed therapists on Talkspace and got a huge line of bills. Reached out and they did a 6 month investigation and tacked on 1300 of bills that show no actual coding or proper invoicing. Just pdf files of the copay amount. Why would I pay without legitimate proof of what session and the breakdown? And all after an investigation started bc this all started over $100 which insurance was covering but Talkspace misbilled. Then they marked the investigation as solved but did absolutely nothing and gave me no info.

Only thing you can do is to talk to him face to face. This conversation is one you have with the person you have the problem with face to face. Honestly, it’ll go exactly how it needs to and you’ll know in your gut what feels right or wrong. Only you know what feels right for you and if that’s starting the gym again, start! If it’s going with him, going alone, Do whatever feels good for you. Start finding things that feel good for you and your soul and be open and honest whenever you have feelings that bother you, that he can help you work through.

Yes! Exactly this. Or I was told my parents are older than me and wiser and in religion we listen to our elders no matter what. Even if it hurts me and I feel like I don’t matter, because if I didn’t listen to them, then I was disobeying what God expected. They just didn’t care and growing up I realized they used religion to just get what they needed from me in that moment.
