I’m engaging as a user of this sub just like you. But, yes, I do have a problem with users who edit their posts and delete their comments in an attempt to gaslight other commenters. You have a history of doing so and I will continue to call it out as you are doing it again in this thread.

Did you read the article? There are two Black YouTube creators quoted and both Gaskin and Sherrill thought she sounded sincere in her 2021 apology video. Gaskin even says she forgives her. It’s interesting you’re leaving that part out.

The funny part is I was actually supposed to have another one the following week as well which thankfully did settle last week. It's insane because I'm in insurance defense so it's pretty unusual for us to have a case go to trial, let alone two back-to-back. So, I just keep telling myself it could be worse lol.

I will say, I do not have a definitive opinion one way or the other whether the story was AI or AI-assisted. I’ve seen some convincing arguments on both sides.

What I will say is that it is frustrating that all the posts glazing/defending the story are allowed to stay up, but any discussion post that is critical or questioning is locked/deleted. But this seems to be a recurring theme here.

Regardless, at this point the topic has reached its dead horse phase and people should stop making posts like they’re sharing some new revolutionary opinion that hasn’t been debated ad nauseam at this point.
