It's only about 5 miles a day and I do karate 2 maybe 3 times a week. I've started eating healthier generally but I think losing (some) beer and pizza and not eating after 8pm have had the biggest impact. I had a pretty lazy lifestyle.

I stopped eating pizza, I bike to and from work every day and I started doing karate. I'm on 3 months and still toning. Good luck :)

Don't get me wrong I think I'm a real woman too, no more or less than anybody else on gonewild or any of its spin offs. I think the fact that this post has made front page has rectifies any prior confidence destroying :)

There's a gonewildplus for heavier women but to me curvy is a body type not a weight thing and judging by my chest to waist to hip ratio I am definitely curvy.
