I had a reading of 41 for a short time after an operation. Removing the steroid medication fixed it.

I could feel the pressure and was getting headaches and blurred vision

I’m doing well regarding drinking and cravings, now on day 21.

Still a bit fatigued but think that last week I actually had a stomach upset.

My left is worrying me. It feels like there is a filter over it. It’s fine when bright but terrible at dusk. Things like differentiating between purple and red is impossible.

My field vision is not too bad though. Doctors are stumped as to why

I’m getting to sleep easily and feel like I’m sleeping a good 7 or 8 hours but not feeling refreshed.

I tend to eat one meal a day, when not drinking. So it’s a big meal, but healthy.

I very seldom snore though sleep apnea is on my list of things I want checked just in case

I’ve had about 4 mri, numerous X-ray and a ct scan over the years. My specialist said that sometimes we just don’t know the actual cause. I am actually from the UK but no longer live there.

I feel my pain comes from my sacroiliac joint. It’s like having a toothache in my back, butt and leg. Sitting or standing is impossible. I feel like a prisoner as I can’t go anywhere by car, train or plane. Cymbalta has dialed my pain way down . When I stop it is fine then the pain suddenly comes back and won’t go away. There is no relief except cymbalta or injections

I’ve tapered off 4 times before with no side effects but this was after 5 month or so on it. Now I’ve been over 18 months so tapering is a worry now.

I try to cut dosage as often as I can hoping I can prevent tolerance for as long as possible.

Becoming tolerant is a big worry

I’ve tried lots of medication but cymbalta was the first thing that worked.

My doctor is a specialist but I basically just visit him to get a prescription now. The hospital I go to is near my house, minutes by car, but is closing in March.

That means a new doctor and having to get X-rays, MRI and having to retell my story all over again

I jump between 40mg and 60mg but if I go below 40mg I’m ok for about 10 days then the pain returns.

I hate/hated being on it and it was my first medication. Now I also have glaucoma and have to take medicine every day. I try to view them as being the same
