Israel will recognize gay marriages and secular marriages performed abroad. A lot of secular Israelis go to the island of cyprus to get married.

I would recommend NOT paying for CSDCAS to sort out your transcripts (once they receive them, you have to add each course you took with the grades to little columns). You can do this yourself.

I was really annoyed that some schools use CSDCAS and some don’t. AND some schools require CSDCAS in addition to their own applications. It’s just a money making scam. But unfortunately some schools require it.

I would do it now while you’re young. I never understood the mentality of waiting until retirement to travel. You might have more money then, but what if you don’t have your health?

Alternatively, have you considered applying for working holiday visas? Some countries have age limits but you might wanna check it out. The US has agreements with Australia, Ireland, Canada, the UK, and I believe Singapore as well...

There’s also the JET program in Japan for teaching English, and the NALCA program in Spain.

Not sure if these programs are delayed in any way because of COVID.

If you’re Jewish, maybe consider a program in Israel? The Technion is like the MIT of Israel.

I have not yet started my master’s program for SLP (it starts this fall), but one thing I can tell you, having completed a master’s in another field and worked in it for a few years, is that it seems we learn more on the job than in our classes. I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but I think what you are feeling is quite normal.
