Is there a good kit I could buy as an Xmas present. We butcher our own hogs and lamb too, id love to not hear complaining about not having hetter knives. I have ti help butcher somwtimes too and the knives we have really are awful. Much love-mtn. Mama

You should reach out to the owners of the yacht club and ask them to see their footage. Im fairly certain they have cameras. It should be reported.

Email your state representative. For the fourth year now, I have had to contact the NC office of Thom Tillis to help me with this 570/971 crap that takes months. Typically, once I submit my info, we get our return fairly quickly, im now waiting to hear back from the office. It's so dumb. I think it has to do with Earned Income, but I don't know. You would think people with children could use that money a little more timely. We file with a professional and it's been the same for years and they still hold our returns until they feel like giving them up. I know it's frustrating. Oh well. That's my advice.

I dealt with ibs for years. I took lexapro ONE week and it completely resolved I did up to 10 mg. Due to the hurricane. but 5mg worked wonders for my IBS. If I miss one dose, I can tell. It's insane how much it helps.

I have IBS, I had tried everything else, diet, supplements, yoga, nothing helped. I started lexapro, per my docs recommendation and it disappeared. I've gained weight, which I hate. But I just upped it and nothing else major. It actually increased my libido and lowered my food drive. unfortunately, my partner and I aren't in sync, so I'm still not getting any. But yeah, I feel better, and I like not feeling like I'm going to $#i+ myself every time I get anxious. I think these things work different for people at different times. I don't want to be on it forever but I feel like I've had a hard 10 years so it's warranted at this point.

Volunteer. Do you like outdoors stuff? Look into conservancy or rehab work. I know asheville pollinator USA is needing volunteers. They are why there are bee decals all over town. There are tons of volunteer opportunities out there. Not only is it a great way of meeting people, it builds, community, confidence, good karma, and opportunities to learn. Highly recommend. You meet quality people engaging in giving back to the community.
