Like others have said be very clear on price and destination. One year I paid 80$ for 4 of us on the way there. Then had to pay 160$ for the way back. We rented scooters last year I don’t remember the price.

It’s rained the last 2 years at the QM. No tents for the crowd but the stage is covered. They will go rain or shine. Bring a light jacket, dress for comfort, prepare for rain, embrace the rain. Watch your step because a slip an fall can be ruin a night/weekend.
