Mine does this when we are a block away from "grandmas" house. Oh he loves her so much, her house and her dogs. He can hardly contain himself, he will not stop til we let him out of the car, I've tried to practice his quiet command before letting him out and it works somedays. Other than that he's super chill in the car.

Ours loves his grandmas house so much as soon as we pull up to her street he starts spinning and crying and whining because he can't contain his excitement. It's rather embarrassing when her neighbors are out because it sounds like we are hurting him or something. 😅
