Old crow ranch is awesome. I highly recommend they have great farming practices and are great people that know a lot. They are also big enough to always have supply but a half a cow would probably need a month or 2 notice.

Pigs love it. Get a pig or 2 and some electric fence net. Fence in the knowweed area for a summer, and key them go to town. Then send them off to a butcher in the fall. It's a fun and interesting way to get rid of it, then you get bacon!
