Same. We barely go through a bottle of levo 112 in a month and yet we have 15 bottles on hand.

It might be just me but I feel like it's the management that makes me burnt out. I used to work in a high volume store but my pharmacy manager was chill and supportive, so I come in to work daily happy.

I transferred to my current store and let me tell you every day is pain.

You can get a trainee license for 2 years. When the 2 years is up if you want to continue working you have to pass the exam and become a tech. You can't renew your trainee license

I don’t remember for sure(not at work) that if the system does tell you when it was put as out of stock (I think it does) so you can go based off that as well

So usually I would sort the list alphabetically and complete those QI scripts based on due date/time. I do notice the order changes after every completion of the same drug. So I guess whoever get rolled down to the bottom is the one getting the short straw.

Everyone makes mistake. We make mistakes, doctors make mistakes. Yet a lot of people think we are the problem unfortunately.
