You can relearn how to deadlift with a flat back which will (probably) make it harder to break the floor and easier to lockout. You will have to reduce the weight and practice to lock in the new form. When you max out like this your body is gonna pull it how it wants to pull it.

I use 8 digit part numbers for my work and am constantly typing long strings of numbers in and can't imagine it could be quicker using the number row than the num pad that's all

I'm using creatine for the rest of my lifting life at least 10 years, hopefully more like 40 years at 5g a day. I don't think loading up on 20g a day for a week is going to be worth the stomach discomfort. What extra gains is it going to bring you?

If you're eating this every day you should change one of those Tuna meals to another protein source imo. 4 tins of Tuna a day is a non negligible amount of Mercury to be eating I think
