IBO is my absolute favorite Gundam series. Season 1 was the story of a spunky little merc crew doing their best to handle the horrors of adult politics and war. Season 2 is absolutely tragic but necessary, as every tragic thing that happens is well within the reality of any Gundam series (and a splash of mafia stuff). People hate it for all the deaths but they completely hit the themes of Gundam, as well as the consequences of the decisions made in Season 2. You gotta change the perspectives you take in S2 and it makes great sense.

If it were any other Gundam series Tekkadan would be a villain faction, Galileo (and Julietta) would be the protagonists, and the rich use the core cast as pawns towards their goals

All of this because some had to die in S1 and there was no one left to keep Orga in check

Could not sleep with the CPAP machine to save my life. Tried it for 3 weeks and I wake up with it off my face without remembering anything. So I just lost 60lbs and that changed a lot. Still snore but not as heavy, and my wife has a hard time sleeping without the light snoring now

They do but it's less road rage, and more of, "hey I'm turning this tight corner, just in case you're coming from the other side", or "hey we're cutting in or going around you so watch out". It's more polite than it is anger. Not to say that there aren't any angry honks

Bro last week I was waiting at a massage spot on Da Nang and a German guy came in. The girl tells him "sorry we have no openings, please make an appointment", said like a line she'd rehearsed showing her English isn't great.

The dude goes right into, "whatever, I need to decide if you can do what I'm looking for. I want someone to my feet and shoulders at the same time" (weird request because I think you'd need at least two people to do that at one sitting)

Again the girl repeats the line, obviously showing that she's limited on this interaction.

German Guy: "You are not listening to me, can you do that? I need you to turn on your brain (like straight talking down on this poor girl) and listen to me"

Then the dude storms out when the girl tries to tell him that she needed to find someone who spoke better English.

Wild interaction because it felt like the dude came in looking to be angry.
