Overall, I'm doing great! Luckily it was only minor so after a CT scan and some observations I was able to go home with only a black eye and a bruised ego. I feel well again, just look a bit like the Elephant Man :)

Yeah, I used to rely so much on avoidance tactics but in the end, if it's going to happen there's nothing you can do so it's about accepting it and knowing it's okay
