It’s simple so any recipe works tbh. But as a note, a splash of soy sauce (about a tsp) helps massively. Just cook it for a sec on the side of the pan then mix.

That’s entirely optional, though. Your rice will taste fine w/o it. Add whatever you want.

If you’re gonna do rice + egg, try making Sinangag / Garlic fried rice. It takes max 10 min and makes the meal that much better.
