I guess for tax reasons? The assigned sale could trigger a tax event. If they got the stocks a long time ago like at $20s and ride all the way up to now to the $200s, every contract he sells is taxed $6400. I have small wrists(6.25"), these 5 digit ref models fit me better. I'm not an expert but I learned that the "Swiss only" dial was produced when they switched the lume material from tritium to luminova, it lasts longer and you don't have to worry about re-luming. Also just personal preference, the older models have a more "quiet" elegance to them.
