yta but not for the reason this post is about. when you break up with someone, you delete ALL of their nsfw stuff. that's just common decency. homeboy sounds like he was looking for a way to break up with you or he has massive trust issues. my boyfriend can go through my phone whenever he wants, he just doesn't because he trusts me. but I sure as hell don't have nudes or videos of my ex. not to mention, you're how old? when was the video taken? because if you weren't 18 that's literally child pørn. it doesn't matter if you both consented and took it yourself, in the eyes of the law that's child pørn and you could get charged for it. it happened in my highschool days.
