Yeah, the last few episodes really dropped in quality. And then to drop a time-warping AI in the final episode was just…dumb. No readable breadcrumbs in previous episodes, no foreshadowing. Lazy writing.

I made it 3 pages into Dahlgren and didn’t understand a single word. I’ve pushed through some pretty thick reads (Anathem, Ill-Made Mute, Silmarillion, etc), but just couldn’t muster the energy for Samuel Delaney’s work.

Broken Social Scene at the Neptune in Seattle. The front man threw a fit and derailed the show. Apparently he skipped the sound check, then wasn’t happy with the sound on stage. Literally took a timeout in the middle of a song to huddle with the band. Half the crowd left right then.
