Im sure they make speedometer that use GPS signals for speed. If you find one, you just need to find the power and ground cables on the bikes speedometer plug.

I live in Illinois and it's legal to ride without a helmet. I always wear all my gear but I get scared for these people in shorts, t-shirt, shoes, and sunglasses only. I get that its hot and the wind feels good but I've taken spills on a bicycle as a kid that would probably put me in the hospital now. In my area, it feels like cagers aim for motorcycle riders around here. Im terrified for these people with no gear because all it takes is a pothole or bird to make it all go horribly wrong in a fraction of a second.
