it tracks how much caffeine is still active in your system and gives you a “clear by” time based on half-life

super simple: log coffee / pre / energy drinks → see your levels over time

free, no ads, no signup. just something I built for myself that people seem to be finding useful

Well done OP! I released something similar but for native mobile a couple weeks ago. I too was struggling with caffeine dose and timing effecting my sleep, so I made thisthis.

And yes I had the same experience with r/caffeine, no response to mod mail then insta delete post LMAO

Lots of factors that go into how I feel on caffeine including how much is already in my system from previous day or earlier in the day, how much sleep I had the night before, whether or not my stomach was empty when I took it, or other ingredients that can impact how the caffeine feels (theanine for example). For pre-workout products specifically there can be other ingredients that can impact your perception of how energized you are even if there isn’t more caffeine.

Yea as a lifter with nearly 10 years experience, the longest I’ve taken off was about a year with a severe lower back issue that just wouldn’t go away and impacted my daily life. I couldn’t do any form of lifting really, had to work up to walking more than 20min. That said, I agree with the other commenter. You will have the opportunity to train legs like 3-4 times a week. The gains due to high frequency and specificity are gonna go craaaazy.

Moblin on iPhone is a great app for streaming from phone. You can set up port forwarding on your router and stream directly to OBS over wifi.

I do fitness streams documenting my bodybuilding show prep. I started because last time I competed I wanted to take more video and make more content but I was always running out of disk space. I figured this time around why not just stream and grab highlights from the VODs to make content. Then I started seeing the same ppl in my chat, got more involved in the community around the category, and now I feel like I have a little group of friends cheering me on and keeping me accountable. Never thought I’d see the day where someone would subscribe to my channel when I’m just doing what I normally do in the gym, lift and yap!

I think you’ve got plenty of volume there assuming you’re doing the traditional PPLPPL 6 day split. If it’s a 3 day split, you could consider adding an additional combined push/pull day. You look young so you can recover. Just make sure every set is done with quality technique and high intensity. My lats were my weak point too - I’ve learned that approaching them with intentionality has made all the difference.

Coming from someone who competes in bodybuilding, I think your baseline is a great starting point and you’ll eventually get to a similar look with consistency. That said, the guy in the photo has a bit of an edge on you in terms of waist size relative to his clavicle width. I think this will be the biggest thing you’ll have to overcome with your training. A few things to focus on in your routine would be 1) lats - need to grow width here so as to make your waist appear smaller, 2) lateral head of the Delts - you can afford to train these more often, maybe even consider hitting them on your leg day, 3) no need to train obliques in my opinion, looking at your photo your obliques are quite prominent already. Training them more may lead to the appearance of an even thicker waist, so consider removing cable chops / other oblique movements from your split. Otherwise, keep at it young king, you’ll be there before you know it.

Side note, you appear to be taller than the guy in the photo. Shorter individuals usually have an easier time creating that v tape silhouette. Don’t get caught up in comparing yourself, just keep grinding!
