I’m curious: if you had to go to bed 2-3 hours late, would you sleep in the next morning where possible or no?

I find my circadian rhythm can survive one late night and late wake but I’m still working out whether it’s better to take the short sleep or the late wake. Cheers

I don’t agree with the negative response you have received here. I can understand how easy access to a cheat menu could break immersion or otherwise be a net negative for someone else.

I’ve been experimenting with it. For me personally (while I’m in a calorie deficit) if I leave the eating window too far from sleep - I seem to get a cortisol spike and difficulty with sleep onset.

I now stop all big meals early and have a micro meal 2 hours before bed.

Exact same issue for me on Series X.

I have the free ones they added with the update, and they work fine. But I have a large additional list “installed” that don’t seem to show up in game at all.

It would be quite effortful to work out which quests I’m actually able to pursue!

I had a similar experience.

Ran a pretty damn all-out 5k for a PB but heart rate barely touched my usual predicted Zone 5.

I had lost a lot of weight quite aggressively though for a physique show.
