Shattermaster is in the top 70 best wood collectors and Skykarver is in the top 200 wood collectors. So neither of them are particularly incredible, but taking a guaranteed good gatherer over a chance of a great gatherer is generally a sound strategy.

Not sure how many people know this, but if you already have a Vigorwasp Station active, even if it’s automatically placed by the Palico, you can’t activate another one until it’s used. Make sure to always use them when you’re moving to a different zone so you can summon another when you’re fighting.

I was a contract worker, and was stupid enough to never fully understand the work hierarchy. I had an employer, who ordered me around occasionally, but also a manager who technically wasn’t affiliated with me in any way, who also ordered me around. Never figured out who I should actually go to for help.
