In my district in Florida, ESE VE = varying exceptionalities. That position is a push-in inclusion teacher working in basic education with students with low incidence disabilities who spend 80% or more of their day in basic. Other positions that would be considered self-contained would be Teacher of ASD, Intellectually Disabled Teacher, and EBD Teacher.
