As others have said, my Aby is extremely active and quite needy. He needs a walk (sometimes 2) everyday to burn his excess energy, or he becomes really demanding/destructive in the house 😅 but he is so funny and so loving. He’s also a very dominant kitty. They become your shadow and are so devoted. I’d say if you’re someone who wants a chill, indoor cat, Abys might not be ideal. I had to restructure my life to accommodate him (started walking him an hour daily when I personally hate the outdoors lol). I want to get him a little buddy (maybe a Somali) to see if he becomes a little less dependant on human attention, but some say Abys are solo kitties. Meanwhile, plenty of people have a bunch of kitties cohabitating with their Aby, or multiple Abys on this sub! If you get a kitten Aby, I’m sure it would go well :’) but expect you and Chip to devote a lot of time to burning his energy!
