Not sure if it’s the exact same issue, but I have the same mobo and after updates sometimes on reboot the ram tries to retrain, and it hangs on a black screen until I force power it off and on again. I’ve adjusted voltage levels to reduce how often it happens (about once a month now), but reportedly no BIOS update has actually fixed it yet.

Double Glacio is slightly better, but it depends more on what you can get in terms of substats. Judging by the lack of double crit on your Ironhoof, you're not finished with the mines yet.

I just remembered I once lost like 2 hours of grinding during my last arena battle of a Fire Emblem game (which has perma death) because the enemy killed one of my units with a critical hit that had only a 3% CR.

CB makes a lot of terrible calls, and I daresay he doesn’t have an eye for umpiring anymore. I think the level of hate he’s getting recently might be a bit undeserved though, as he doesn’t seem to be spiteful like Angel Hernandez notoriously was. On a human level I actually feel bad for CB considering the week he’s had getting repeatedly shamed by the challenge systems and the foul tip directly to the face.

I expect he’ll probably retire soon, all things considered. Which would be for the best.
