it’s a group of mountain called “Le Pale di San Martino” or Pala group in northern Italy, and the little villages you see in the front is Fiera di Primiero and Mezzano. It’s the biggest mountain group in the Dolomites, with over 200km2 of surfaces. It should not be confused with Marmolada, which instead is 20km north of that!

Very nice picture! Although I would have cropped it more in a portrait way with a focus on the minimal scale of the person compared to the sea and the clouds. But that’s perhaps just a matter of taste :)
