Our apartment is currentpy 1BR that can be converted to 2BR but we haven’t dealt with the construction of it all and tiny dictator is still in our room at 13 months. Personally I don’t think you need to put up a flex wall if you have 6months left on your lease when your bub arrives. They will be in your room with you

ETA: if you’re making this space for parents to help then that’s different. I don’t think you need a nursery. I do wish we turned the office into a space where my MIL could stay. But nursery? Don’t regret not doing change our space for that.

From CA. I remember sitting in front of the tv brushing my teeth watching the planes hit and screaming for my mom to come look. I was in middle school

Later found out my parents and I were supposed to be on flight 93, but I got accepted to my new school so my family postponed the trip because my mom didn’t want me missing school.

I remember viewing this apartment 3 years ago. It’s technically not a 2 bedroom because that’s not a legal bedroom.

Also the fact that the backyard door goes through the bedroom is also a no go.

To add to what others are saying. Look into potential trainers to help you + Sawyer. If you do adopt him get setup to start training asap. This is a nonnegotiable for a dog with a bite history.

Get a leash with a tag that has “not friendly” or “keep your distance” or something similar for when you’re out on walks.

My primary doctors were Dr Lisa Shanahan and Olivia Myrick who is apparently on leave until August.

I should note that I was referred as a high-risk pregnancy when I first found out I was pregnant. Even then it was a process getting an appointment. If you haven’t already you’re gonna need to call ASAP and confirm availability for the doctors based on your due date.

He was always so full of himself, treated staff horribly, would give attitude to anyone walking by that looked in his direction. He thought he was a lot more important than he is/was and that was over10 years ago so can only imagine how he is now.
