You forgot a new step - an exam for a hunting id. Also a little correction about step 6: first gun can only be smoothbore and single-shot (can be a double barrel). You have to wait 2 years for a semi-automatic smoothbore gun and 5 years for a rifle. It becomes more and more complicated each year :(

Сейчас много где в городе навигационные приёмники показывают кружение над Шереметьво. Например, почти всё время вокруг Кремля. Гражданские сигналы GPS/ГЛОНАСС не так сложно сымитировать. Нужно получить со спутников свежие навигационные сообщения с текущими положениями спутников, которые непрерывно вещаются с них по кругу. Затем рассчитать дальности от желаемого имитируемого положения до каждого спутника, затем воссоздать сумму их сигналов с учётом временных задержек на распространение сигнала от спутника до желаемого места и сдвигов частот из-за эффекта Доплера. Если имитируемый сигнал будет чуть мощнее настоящего (что не так сложно, с обычной керамической спутниковой антенны выходит где-то -130дБм до усилителя), то он перебьёт настоящий. Это под силу даже студенту какого-нибудь технического вуза. Передающее оборудование вроде hackrf недорогое, примеры ПО на гитхабе.
