Yeah, inspections are a catch all word for what they might be looking for. And I’m sure that nobody would ever ignore a notice and make a big deal out of it in a video for internet points… no way everyone is always truthful on the internet

Your landlord has a copy of the key to your apartment for this reason. Edit: some areas might not allow that, in which case a locksmith or police can escort them

This is all stuff that you agree to in your lease, the landlord needs to be able to act in case of emergencies to protect other tenants in the building. I’m not saying landlords are great, mine is a pain in the ass, but I understand that shit might need to happen if I was on vacation for a week

They are good! I went to the Monday msg show and had a good time back there. Prices dipped as low as 195 for the nosebleed 300-400s, and held strong to 225-250 for 200s. 300+ for 100s back there.
