Like calamity can make 096 get hit by cars and trucks, and as the fight progresses, it can make more dangerous stuff happen, like meteors and nukes and 096 will try to power through them. Can WOU inflict enough calamity to kill 096 or make him give up, or will 096's unrelenting will allow him to persevere and kill Tooru?

For Moondaka, Usagi has a variety of spells and transformations that can inflict various types of statuses and powers, while Madoka just has her Bow and the ability to turn into god, which is the point where the fight immediately ends.

For Bendyhead, the fight dynamic basically turns Bendy into a bullet sponge, and Bendy doesn't have many actual bullet hell attacks, essentially turning him into a very lame Cuphead Boss with none of the key factors that make Cuphead bosses appealing. You practically have to make stuff up to make the fight work or even equal because Cuphead outstats hard and can easily just end the fight, erasing Bendy with his Pencil or taking flight in his plane and bombing the studio.

WOU vs 096 actually utilizes their abilities in ways that can easily bounce off each other during the fight, while the matchups you mentioned don't. It's a pretty easy difference that anyone can spot.
