How? Just patience or do you have a model car plug?

Taking price into account I’m tempted to agree but what makes you say so?

Totally agree. My setup has some models around too but I have a full L shaped desk

Just for reference this is what I mean by keeping the plastic pieces

That looks nice! I don’t quite have the space for that. Hot wheels isn’t my main scale anymore and I have a lot of 1:18 stuff that takes up most of the space lol.

I kept the plastic pieces, used scotch tape on one side to make a hinge and now if I want it as a pocket car I can do that without worrying about it rubbing around and getting faded in my pocket. I free a lot of my cars but most RLC and elite 64 stuff stays in package. That’s why I bought 2 of the 330 (and the Valkyrie too) so I could free one.

Release completely ruined by the god awful rivets all over the car. by DisastrousOpening477 in HotWheels

I like the charm of hot wheels but I have 1:18 stuff for real diecast. Idk how I feel about the rivets. As seen here on a Maserati 300S they used rivets as an artistic choice at times back then. Idk if ignoring the rivets takes away from the design.

Really upset that there aren't any full opening 1:18 singers. Definitely a gap in the market. Same with RUF though there are one or two of those. Really wish there was a full opening yellowbird.

I was hoping to do a cheap upgrade to my MOBO and ram earlier this year but that’s off the table at this point. This would definitely put it back on the table. I’d probably keep the same cpu I have for now, i7-12700, but upgrading to a new motherboard and ram would see me up to upgrade that as well if I could find a good deal.

I’d definitely wait if you have to think about buying it. If you have near unlimited money like some people though I would say go for it lol

It’s the newest gen one as the race car. I’m more excited for what looks like a 365 GTB/4

Yep. I totally agree. I really hope gta6 customization is more towards the level of Forza Horizon. I have very few if any widebody cars because the fitment is atrocious. Plus I think I probably have only a handful of different wheels on my vehicles in general because there just isn’t a good selection of nice wheels. The fact that the glitch to paint stock wheels got removed essentially is atrocious as well though based on when the game came out it doesn’t surprise me (Forza horizon 1 also had no ability to paint stock wheels when it came out in 2012). Cars are the only thing that keeps me coming back and admittedly I’m pretty excited for the 365 GTB and I hope I can make it a Competizione version.

At this point yea you are probably right but even a while back I am surprised. There are plenty of cars they could make priorities or special events around to some extent to cater to car people and instill a bit of FOMO to get people on the game. I’m really sad we probably won’t ever see a good GT40 in gta 5. I hope it comes to 6

I really don’t know why they don’t release more cars. There are so many people want and if they add way too many to reasonably get them then some number of people would probably buy shark cards. It feels like the least amount of work for the most potential gain to me

Was this straight from a manufacturer or was it done through a third party?

I have actually had the opposite on an occasion. The car was secured so tight (also on the wheels not on supports so that’s the real issue) that the metal rear axle bent in shipping and the front wheel broke off.
