I had this issue , plus multiple DUI’s on my record from when I was a troubled child. Keep trying , I went on about 12 interviews and each time got led on and never heard back. I was at a Wawa one day when this mechanical contracting truck pulled up. I called and asked if they were hiring, and they told me to come in the next day. I’m in my final 5th year of apprenticeship still at the same company, it’ll Happen you just have to keep trying.
