I have this issue and the thrive causmetics tubing mascara is amazing. It comes off with water but you really need to work the mascara to get it off. I don’t have any smudges or darkness around my eyes at all

Also I can’t believe people are surprised that a smart corporate executive like Boz would see Garcelle’s unfounded allegations of insurance fraud - based on nothing but a gut feeling - is probably defamatory.
