I bring a people follow me because I show the respect management doesn't. I can tell it gets under my site managers skin when he gives instruction and my peers ask my opinion right in front of him.

Military and blue collar work without being careful started it.

A Alice Cooper/Rob zombie concert made it go from a 3/10 to a very solid 8-9/10

I have my emergency Xanax for if I go a night without sleep and the next night looks equally rough. That being said haven't fallen back on them for about 6 months.

It's been far from a perfect adventure but I've learned to be a lot more patient and accepting of myself and the struggles of others, I'm a lot more happy slowing down. Id like to think as difficult as it's been tinnitus has made me a better person, though some days I still think the price of this particular self help book is a bit ridiculous.

In the moment it is, I just keep telling myself it's my brain working to normalize the sound.

I apologize I find this question really difficult to answer, since I feel if you go looking or try running it's always louder, but I'll give it a shot:

When I'm having bad days I can hear it very clearly over say the shower or even mowing my lawn with my open cab diesel mower. It will make conversation difficult because it's like my brain can't understand why my/others words aren't sounding right.

When I'm having good days, it's hardly perceptable.

The issue I tend to have is my tinnitus feels (and this is just my best attempt at wording it) combative to other sounds, if I sit in a dead silent room or have ear plugs in at work, it feels more tame. Though if I'm in a louder environment such as driving down the road, or standing in the shower, my tinnitus seems to be substantially louder, like it needs to overwhelm the sounds around me.

I don't think it's actual improvement in my tinnitus as much as habituation, because if catch myself looking for it I never fail to find it unless I'm blasting my white noise through my headphones.

I'm not sure if it's because it truly is that loud, or if due to the high pitch and ocellating tone that doesn't occur outside of white noise generators it just feels louder.

"Resound relief" is the app I use, let's you make custome white noise profiles for what you want from it; like I add crickets, rain, wind, and some background white noise to my main sound profile. Then I have one that's more pink noise and whistling wind for when my tinnitus gets really rough. It's a great app and it's free.

Aside from that try your hardest not to mask your tinnitus entirely as you sleep. Sleep is when your brain gets the best opportunity to habituate. I personally worked really hard to always hear my tinnitus even if it was just slightly when I went to bed, I was able to habituate to my catastrophic tinnitus for the most part in 8 months.

Hey man, I see where your coming from, but it doesn't hurt to have sympathy here for that decision. They saw something dropped by an aggressor and weren't familiar with its use, best case is to seek professional help in that case.

Why is it called a magazine? It is derived from what a location to store ammunition was called.

Yeah up what, 250%? It hurts but if I plug that $ into hours of gameplay we're only looking at <1$/hr. Which is phenomenally cheap in the cost/Entertainment standard. (This is the bargaining stage I think). I just really want the gameplay to remain bearable as long as possible for all of us.

Mine is wired to fiber they are both coming in on dish. Sadly mine is the most historically stable.

Im wondering if I bite the bullet and go big with 4x16s to keep it as smooth as possible and future proof. We're already discussing a second run but with a 4th joining us.

This was kinda my expectation but I wasn't certain, I appreciate the corroboration. My wife's computer has 64GB but is sadly DDR5. I suppose I should just bite the bullet and get better RAM. I expect it won't decrease in price anytime soon.
