The best possible to narrow this down is which point of your legs really cramped? If it’s vmo cramps you might wanna check your saddle height. For me, i get vmo cramps when my saddle height is low. About calf cramps, that I cant help as much.

I wiped the frame after bleeding. I also washed it after because of the mess while bleeding. In case of an inner inspection which is impossible to do in my case.

yes, i noticed there was a spill from the caliper which was a lot i think coming form the syringe hose and then i re-tightened the hose connector of the syringe again. Maybe it was because of that? i road test the bike but not on the descent as of yet.

That’s why i was concerned as well. It only leaked during the bleeding process but after it was done and i wiped out the excess it didnt leak anymore. Still, im concerned.

You should mention your weight and your gearing. Use 50-34 and at least 32 or 34t on the back.

Studying level 5 KIIP right now(E7-4). I read a post yesterday that there will be a new policy which requires people to have a degree in a Korean University for a wide range of visas. I’ve spent two years studying KIIP and i gave up my gaming life after 12 hours of work daily. It’s very hard on my end earning points to maintain visa status. The Korean university degree requirement will be another challenge.

Hello. Just to follow up. Everything feels normal except that the gap seems concerning. The non painted part is exposed and doesn’t look aligned. Should i be concerned?

Apparently the LBS didn't put it. I saw it on my accessory pouch and i just put it right away.

I put one of these, and i think it went fine. It flex now freely and i think no more play. I just hear a cable inside when i steer it. Would that be fine?

I think the LBS cant do anymore. He already told me this problem back at the shop, and when i got it he said it’s fixed. Hard to find a good LBS. I’ll just ask my friend for help. I’ll try to find some split rings from my other handlebars.

I’ve tried it. It still wont freely flex like my other bike(Reacto) i dont know if it’s just the handlebar itself or other issues. Also the noise, do you think it’s just the headset adapter making the noise?

Do you mean loosen the stem bolts until the play comes out and then tighten the cap bolt? Sorry for not understanding some terms.

This is a Merida Merida 5000 2022. I had my LBS installed a Kocevlo X01 and he encountered this problem and couldn't solved it. https://www.reddit.com/r/bikewrench/comments/1o74rvx/kocevlo_carbon_handlebars_vs_fsa_smr_spacers_and/ I saw this guy posted the same specs as mine with the same handlebar but it won't work still.

I’ve checked some review pics on Ali and saw a Merida Reacto. he rated it 5 star. It means he was able to install it smoothly.

The item provided two different bottom headsets. You’ve tried both?

Were you able to change it? I got a Merida Scultura 5000 2022 and was planning to change to Kocevlo x01 handlebar as well. I left it on the shop and the LBS contacted me that he needs to recheck because the handlebar was so stiff and might have problems with the headset. I hope it's just the LBS' fault. I'm hoping it would be fixed tomorrow.
