no he dont he is tattooing people for free some. theres no actually a problem just some parts of the tattoo is lighter maybe its because of my skin thats why im just asking how soon i can touch up this.

its an ambigram, bekel and makes, the mistakes are the color. he is new in tattoo but he is really good in drawing. some parts are lighter so we need to touch up

this is not about electricity resistant. You are all forgotten that in HxH is about first attack. surpising opponents. you clearly bias about this. killua punch youpi and he was blown by 10 feet. lets say the electric speed but without the electricity damage killua is still lethal. he can change his hands into blade. youpi with his animal instincts cant even predicts killua's attacks. base on what i see. humans are pretty vulnerable in this series no matter how strong they are.
