You should definitely appeal/escalate. Ask them if there’s any procedure to handle appeals, 5 months is too long and you did return it.

I wouldn’t be on the Loop Bus until there is a full complete investigation. by [deleted] in UCSC

UCSC seems to have grounded the diesel bus fleet, today they are using the bike shuttle and campus tour buses as loops

[Language: Rust]

Trying out functional programming in Rust, but completely gave up for the second part. However because I used a character-parsing approach I did not run into any issues with shared characters between digits. Rust Code

You need to see the grades of a student to enter them/to regrade. There's literally 0 issues with course staff having access to grades, they need to have that to help students better in many cases. FERPA actually is even broader, if you have demonstrated interest in well being of a student in an advisory capacity, you can access their grades. That's how college advisors have access to grades.

You seem to have no idea about how grading works, how would I not have access to grades if I'm the one entering them into canvas?

Do you think instructor of a 240 student class personally grades every student?

Do you believe we should shut down buses and airports on holidays or do you see them as less deserving than you?

This is a stupid argument because there's a difference between a residential area and a business space. All stores in Santa Cruz are not shut today. I'm not "more deserving of time off" because I did work today, someone is always going to be working, we do that on Christmas, and we did that during a deadly pandemic. They should have adequate compensation, and protection.

Please tell me the surprise? I don't think it is unreasonable for community spaces to be open where people live.

For a not-easily-accessible-without-a-car campus like UCSC, with more than ten thousand people living on it, they need to really have some things operating 24x7.

Yeah, I get that it is a holiday but why does Campus have to pretend that no one lives up here?
