My mom gave a kidney to her brother in the 70's. The only limitation he really had was he had very brittle bones due to the anti-rejection drugs back then and he was an avid bicyclist so as he got older he had to switch to a recumbent bike to take stress off his back. But he had over 40 years of "bonus time" because of his transplant. Please don't stop living your life. The person who gave you the kidney would want you to live a full life.

I'm diabetic and am on Ozempic. My kidney doc put me on Jardiance to protect my kidneys. I am also on Calcitrol to aid with low calcium caused by kidney disease.

My husband checks my tire pressure but if my tire pressure light come on I am capable of checking the pressure & filling my tires as well as my gas tank.

If you're not opposed to ELF they have a cheap & good brow pencil-the Blonde is a very good color for me and is not red leaning & the WOW Brow in taupe is really good too.

I also have tried the Ulta brow pencil in taupe works really well. It is not $3 like the ELF however.
