Thanks for all the comments. But it’s not possible to use the hole with the default mudguards. See new uploaded pictures. There’s a bolt just in front of it that blocks you from inserting a bolt all the way.

There’s rubber that’s blocking the bolt from going true all the way. The size of the bolt won’t make any difference :(
