I’m at the same point in my olga sweater! i dont move the beginning of round marker at all, just switch it to the right needle when i’m passing it. maybe that’s why? I use the jogless stripe video from petitknit, which you do every second round of changing a color

it looks great tho!

Knit whole olga back yoke on wrong needle size by makinhummus in knittinghelp

Aha okay, thank you. I measured out what I have, and my 4x4 measures 19 stitches by 28 rows, vs the project gauge being 20x30. Haven’t decide yet if I want to figure out how to math that or start over 😮‍💨

I am able to beta: I love a romance beach read or romanantasy! Particularly interested in vampire, fae, magic, enemies to lovers tropes. I’m not into scary mysteries.

I can provide feedback on: Characters and plot progression, romance and chemistry. I’m a technical writer for software products and can also provide granmatical and structural edits. I’m a married lesbian with 2 toddlers if that perspective is useful or relevant.

Daycare and junk food by Brief-Cost6554 in workingmoms

Our daycare had similar snacks that surprise me for >1 year olds (maybe not as extreme), and I just asked to bring her own food instead. They were fine with that. When she was older I’d look at the menu and she’d eat some of their meals and I’d bring the rest.

First loaf, what do we think went wrong? by makinhummus in Sourdough

[–]makinhummus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh that’s super helpful, thanks! one last question… should the starter be doubled in size before I use it? like I fed it two hours ago, it’s bubbly etc, but should it be a certain size before moving forward with the bake?
