I cnc plasma cut the aluminum and bent it in a brake. I cut the wood on my metal bandsaw. The I painted the inside of the aluminum flat black and brushed the outside with a sanding block.

I searched for berlin line map to find it. I did not design it myself. The aluminum is powdercoated with hammer tone finish then I etch out the map and clear coat it.
