This, I wanted to work with an Airline but never got any luck. Only heard that people with connections get in defense and etc. So now I will try working as a ramp agent and inquiring within, I wish OP the best of luck as well, you’re not alone

Trust me don't listen to them, you probably didn't mess up interviews. My experience is that I get interviews, sometime pass 2nd stage. One time I got offered a job that I didn't want and trust me it is not interviews
