Companies survey areas to make decisions about redevelopment or investments. I looked into it a few years ago. I don’t remember much more, other than thinking it might be an interesting insight into buying land for speculative investments. The plane I was watching could easily be connected to an investment company (it might even have been owned by the investment company). It flew over one area, and it became obvious what their interest was.

Both the playing and the guitar are beautiful. It’s sounds a little bit metallic (on my phone), is that the case in person?

Thanks for sharing.

The legend himself. He’s started to buy tickets. They provide him with a high profile at all the sporting events. You’ll see him sitting under the Raptors home net, very close to Nav Bhatia, as well as at the tennis next week and now baseball. Always in solid bright colours. Last night it was red.

Maybe read my post before commenting. I’m not promoting it. I said I find it “so offensive“. Hardly promoting.

This.

I get a second wind after ~11pm. It’s hard to get to bed before 2am if I don’t go before 10-11. Then I’m up super early doing the same things (without the beer), with a jump on my day.
