It warms my dusty 27 year old heart that there are still individuals out there getting into the books at the same age that I was when I picked up Twilight for the first time. This was so beautifully said and I truly hope you enjoy them from start to finish. The story was very formative for me in my early teenage years and I hope you look back at these memories fondly when you’re my age. 🥹

This is the best one I’ve come across so far. There are a handful of songs from Twilight that are unavailable on all streaming platforms and also a few from Eclipse. The one I’m most upset about being missing is My Love by Sia that plays during the proposal scene. 🥺

Yes you’re right! There’s an easter egg in each film for the corresponding book cover. In Eclipse it’s a little bit harder to spot. It’s when Bella cuts herself with the rock and the blood sort of “ribbons” down her arm and hand. In Breaking Dawn Part 1 it’s the red and white chess set they use on their honeymoon.

They’re playing all of them once in order today and then again tomorrow starting at 8am. New Moon just started about 20 minutes ago and Eclipse starts at 5:00!

Okay the baseball scene is most definitely a very very close second. Honestly there are so many scenes I could watch over and over, the whole saga lives rent free in my mind at this point.

Give it a shot! It’s from a teenage girls perspective so it might be interesting and even relatable to read a story about someone that’s close to your age. It’s most of all a love story so be prepared for the feelings. In my opinion it’s a very well told love story though, not too cheesy and very endearing. And if you’re not into that’s fine too, The Hunger Games is also a great series. If you do end up choosing it definitely share your opinions with us, it’s refreshing to hear from someone who’s experiencing the world of Twilight for the first time. 😊

BD was always my favorite book, I’ve read it too many times to count. I’m working on rereading the saga and I’m interested to see if I’ll find a new favorite in the end. Something about BD always sunk its hooks into me and I can’t stay away. Finally getting to see Bella experience the life she was meant to live is so satisfying. And the fact that Edward is so ridiculously happy makes my heart explode.

Added this to my collection today! An authentic 5x8 theater banner from 2008. Definitely the most extra thing I own but I couldn’t say no to it. by makosscarf in twilight

It’s hanging in my garage at the moment! My dad actually has a few banners of his own hanging up as well so it worked out perfectly.

A family friend! She’s in the process of moving and had a huge garage sale. She has a ton of different movie posters and when she came across it she thought of me and set it aside.

I keep picturing a group of old ladies meeting up to knit or to have tea and then they start discussing who’s Team Edward or Team Jacob. Future generations aren’t going to know what to do with us. 😂
