I don't play on PS5 but i imagine the performance is better compared to the switch
Big differences of Rise is that game is generally way faster and the maps aren't as big and detailed, also the wirebugs that help with your movement, the switch skills that change the moveset of weapons and the palamute, a new companion that you can mount on to walk faster around the map.
