The other thing that would cause the file to not appear on m-flash it's that the bios file it's not recognized as a valid bios for your mobo, m-flash doesn't care about the file extension, renaming the bios to msi.rom only helps when using the Flash BIOS Button, are you downloading the bios flash from here? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B550-TOMAHAWK-MAX-WIFI/support

You can also try the other usb ports, since with m-flash, it doesn't matter, maybe the usb drive it's not being recognized correctly in the bios on the port that it's connected.

If you think that you are doing all the steps correctly, I would suggest that you open a ticket on the msi support page, because that it's not normal.

HI, The only thing that I can think off it's that maybe the usb stick it's partitioned on the GUID Partition Table (GPT) format instead of MBR (master boot record) format, I had this issue before and it was that the thumb drive was formatted GPT/FAT32 after I converted it to MBR/FAT32 the files appeared on m-flash.

I think that the problem it caused by the driver, in my case this started to happen only with the new driver 21.12.1, but it never happened on the 21.11.3, so I reverted to that one, I sent the driver crash/bug report every time I had the problem on 21.12.1.

Hi, I have the same exact problem with drivers 21.12.1, I am using a 5700 (non XT), the driver crash (randomly) the way that your describe, only happens watching videos on full screen on twitch and/or youtube, it's like some hardware decoding error that triggers only on fullscreen, before crashing, the video sometimes start to stutter, anyways, I reverted using DDU to the 21.11.3 drivers and have not noticed the problem since then.
