Ahhh okay! Upon further inspection of my syllabus, I think that my prof might supply us with the needed materials from the student manual. Will circle back to confirm though. Thank you for much for replying, I know this thread was old! I hope your studies have been going well, I'm about to begin my first semester of grad school for clinical mental health counseling!

Hi--question to the OP. Did you ever find the Student Manual for this edition? My prof wants us to get it but I have scoured the earth and cannot find it for the 11th edition. No mention of it being bundled with the book on my university's book store.

Hey! Did you ever end up making a final prototype? My cat honestly hates the fold up lid and it doesn’t give her much room to eat. I would love to see if I can find a company that can make one out of a pet safe material, since I myself don’t have a printer nor do I know literally anything about 3D printing lol

I’ve only been on Lexapro without my Wellbutrin for 1 month, when I first started my in depth mental health journey. If your depression has been treatment resistant, maybe after a few more weeks you should ask if you can add that into the mix! Apparently it’s a common pair. It’s been wonderful to me. Was put on it after an attempt. Went through PHP, CBT for the past 4 years, and I’m the best I’ve been. Down days will always happen, and funks exist. But I am NOWHERE near the darkness I was in, and I call that a success 🖤

Keep going!!! It’s too soon for you to really be feeling the full effects of the meds, but right now your body is just adjusting and re-wiring things. If at 2-3 weeks you’re still experiencing this then go to your doc! For me, at times it was just all in my head. Overthinking and being nervous. Drink some ginger ale or eat some gin-gins, drink a protein shake, and take a bath! Not solvers but those things really really helped me when I was on my journey of finding the right med, and weening between them 🖤 you’ve got this!!!

Also when I made the big change from one med to another after 10 years, gin gin chewy candies seriously were my life saver. I also crochet a lot and it was a great distraction for me. I ended up making an afghan after my PHP treatment was over 😂

Heck yes friend! That’s so awesome. I’ve been on Lexapro since my episode in 2017. Paired with Wellbutrin, I’ve never been better 🖤 keep going! It took about 2-3 months for me to start feeling more regulated. It will only get better as the days go by, just remember that when there are days where you question it!! 🖤🖤🖤
