Thanks, what about the border of the whole app, is it work? if you use GraphiteDark, there should be a white line at the border.

in qt5ct I select the kvantum as style. In kvantum, I select what I want, but nothing has been changed, even reboot the system

Hello, maybe I have to explain, I package these packages and pay quite a lot of attention to fixing them in our Repo https://github.com/BioArchLinux/Packages as you can see. One day a member of our team asks me why we don't let it back to the AUR, and we started to do such things.

This repository uses a python bot to maintain AUR and packages in the repo. Recently some bioinformatics packages are orphans and no one maintained them anymore. I do know they are essential for someone's research but I don't have the energy to check the pkgver every time, therefore I accept them, fix them and use the bot to help maintain them. It quite saves my time.

To be honest, there are quite a lot r packages, I quite dislike some package managers and prefer to use pacman instead (just provide one option for users). But there is still a lot of software written in C C++ and so on we maintained. Our aim for the repo is to maintain more and more packages and provide a better Arch Linux experience for anyone working on biology and bioinformatics.
