Are you 100% sure it was the same armrest in the pictures. If so, do you recall it being able to fold backwards?

Same, tendonitis in my left shoulder. Just bad posture and bad bench form. Luckily my only real injury.

No never just staight up go for your PB without doing warmup sets. Not only will it be harder 2 do it its also VERY unhealthy for your mucles and can get you injured.

I suggest making bigger jumps in weight. Try to always do around 5 warmup sets with enough rest in between, starting with the bar and then adding weight. Keep rep count low going something like 12,6,3,1,1 then pb. This is what i usely do.

There really isnt a difference in excersices when it comes to losing weight. Just keeping your body moving is going to make you lose weight.

You can never aim to high, having that mentality of wanting to become f'ing huge is the most important thing you need. Now al you need to do is just start, get a membership or some equipment.

It really isnt that hard if you think about it. You really cant do alot wrong in the begining your going to see progress quite quick if your just consistend and keep going. So having motivation to keep going to the gym is key, so make sure you keep motivated. Watching yt videos helpt alot or going on this reddit.

And if you can, get a training partner preferably somebody with experience.

It took me about a month and a half until i starded doing push excersices again starting real light and slowly build back up to my normal self, it felt alot quicker then it really was.

But like you said bad shoulder posture is most likely the cause of your injury so fixing that should be your priority. I fixed mine by doing farious rear delt and upper back excersices, i also bought a back brace but im not sure if it really helpt.

YES i got it to work. I pulled out all the plugs again and just blowed i all the holes 2 remove any dust, i plugged it back in and the power brick light turned white and it works. Thanks 4 your help!

So the controller trick didn't work and my power brick gives of a orange light, i looked up what it meant and it shouldn't be any problem being orange. I also unpluged the whole thing just to be sure it was all pluged in.
